The price, household included and including charges, includes, for a "normal" consumption:

• central heating,,

• Wood for the open fire,

• water and electricity consumption,

• the local tourist tax,

• ltax filth.

The price does not include : the supply of sheets, towels, etc.

The reservation of the gîte is only valid from the signature of the rental contract by both parties and after having paid the deposit. These must be paid at the latest 8 days after the signature of the contract. Failing this, the reservation will be cancelled.

The balance of the rent is to be paid at the latest 15 days before the beginning of the rental period. The deposit is to be paid on the same account as the second payment and will be returned within 8 days after departure.
